outside.

luckily, the sun shone down on us again. two days in a row! brooklyn got a lot of outside time. she enjoyed playing with her water table, watering the flowers (mint), and taking quick breaks jumping on the tramp. totally into whatever she was doing, she didn't even notice me taking these pictures.

oh this face. this two months away from turning three years old little face! she is so grown up. i seriously can't even handle it sometimes. she wishes it was happening faster.

we spent most of the evening outside as well. james had class, so we mostly just chilled outside. brooklyn played, and i found things to tidy up around the yard. it was even warm enough that brooklyn stripped down to her undies for the last little bit. shocking i know. 

then it was inside to settle down, straighten up, and watch part of a movie. this is how she chose to settle in.

and she stayed like that until it was time to get her jammies on and her teeth brushed. funny little girl. tomorrow (today) we have an early morning engagement at the salt lake temple. yay for family weddings! we can't wait to see everyone and enjoy some good ol' fashioned family time. it'll be a great way to start off the weekend.
