just cahootaling

i have something awesome to share. especially with those of you living in the salt lake valley. i'm not even sure how i came upon this, wandering aimlessly on the world wide web i suppose. it's a company called cahootal. ever heard of them?

they're a local company that sells local food: cheeses, meats, jams, honey, and the likes. i loved the idea of this. i'm all about buying from local vendors and a one stop shop seems like a great idea. my favorite part though, is that they deliver it right to your house (if you live in the salt lake valley). that part had me sold. there is a delivery charge fee, but they send you a code that waves that. so, all you're paying for is your local goods.

this go round i tried some peach jam and raw honey. heavens that stuff is good. and i think it tastes better just because i know that it's all stuff that's been grown right here in utah. the decision on the jam and honey was tough because there are a TON of other good things to choose from. go ahead and check it out for yourself here

(what a happy site)

are you thinking about becoming a cahootaler? you should.

So glad Farmer Tan is finally recorded where I can see it:) I still remember them performing that forever ago at another reunion. I love it.
