well, we survived our crazy monday. with a little help from sister kayla, we even got almost everything accomplished on the to do list. thanks again googs! we lunched at great harvest. it was great. then brooklyn and i made the drive up north and got ready for her swimming lessons. she was way more excited than the picture lets on. don't be fooled. she wasn't, however, excited to participate in the structured activities. her favorite was 'no more monkeys jumping on the bed' in which i flung her from side to side, dipping her ears in the water. happiest baby ever. she also could win the award for splashiest baby. no joke. we often had to separate ourselves from the group just so we didn't get anyone extra wet who didn't want to be. james and i both got to do the class with her and that turned out to be fabulous. brooklyn loved having both of us there. grandma lisa was there to take lots of pictures. some good action shots. maybe they'll be make an appearance down the road.
