i woke up to breakfast in bed, waffles & milk, thanks to brooklyn! she was so excited about it the night before, and i was excited she wanted to do it! my older two sang to me in relief society and gave me flowers and it made my whole day! james made sure when we got home that i had cards all over the house to read from him and the girls. again, made my day! i got to take a tiny nap, and then we had dinner at my in laws'. it really was a wonderful day.
and as per tradition, the following day was sisters' day! my girls continue to love this simple tradition. we usually just get snow cones or slushies and call it good. but they think it's great! i'm so so glad they have each other!
i can't adequately express my love for these three girls. i get emotional over them daily and honestly can't believe they're mine. i love them so much that it hurts. they bring so much happiness and light to my life and they'll never know how much they mean to me. being a mother is really a treasured role that i am beyond grateful for every day.
